I love Texas Road House, but I don't think they are open for lunch except on Saturdays and Sundays; maybe Fridays.
There's always Olive Garden or somewhere like that . . .
Actually, near 40th S, there is a great little Thai place (not fancy,just great food). If anyone is up for Thai:Thai Garden Restaurant (801) 266-7899 - 4410 S 900, Salt Lake City, UT(It's not too far off the freeway using 45th S exit)
Hermano Gutierrez's place, TIO'S, is out that way if we want Mexican. Catherine - you're the one who hasn't eaten here forever, so I think you should choose.Here's my cell phone: 801-721-8945
